Wow, that´s a lot to deal with, KITTYSTAR! I hope things start turning up for you soon.

I finally managed to build up some moolah and managed to get myself an outfit. You can actually get some nice things for a cheep prices in the shops. I splurged on the dress but everything else I got for under 200 BD. I know that bag is relatively big and schools but it looked so small in the picture, lol. And I couldn't resist that Togepi, lol.

Nothing much going on around here, the weather is so-so, it was better last week and the week before. But tomorrow (aka today) is the 17th of May, Norway´s national day. I´ll dine with my aunts and look at the parades and eat lots of ice cream. That´s what we do in Norway on 17th of may, watch the parades, eat lots of hotdogs, popcorn and ice cream and then having one heck of a dinner in the evening.

Last week he had some Math homework that was pretty easy, but he just wasn't in the mood. I could tell.

I sat him and and said "Son, don't worry. You will get this done. We didn't give you chores that are too difficult, we want you to have your party and get presents." "We'll get through this. We need you to learn that there are consequences for when you do not behave well"
Things got very ugly last night. He just gets so overwhelmed. The kids at his school that he hangs with are no good also and I fear that he is picking up bad habits there. I never would do this but I am at my wits end and am almost tempted to start homeschooling... ughh oh the joys of parenting.....

I would threaten him with summer school. Also every time he gets like that trying to get out of stuff I would take one more item away. Put him in an after-school activity that his friends are not apart of. I know several people that put their kid in martial arts and say it is good because it is very active and enforces discipline and is generally an activity that most kids (especially boys) will buy into....the added perk is that they are exposed to other kids as well. I have heard that Judo and Taekwondo are really good for pushing the discipline but are also largely focused on defense as opposed to aggression...which is probably good for most young boys.

there's a thought, but fortunately he is passing. they wouldn't put him in to a summer school program unless he wasn't meeting the bench marks and was being held behind a year.

We have done karate before and I don't really think it was him, but then again this was a few years ago, so maybe we shall try it again. I do see that when he is kept busy he is definitely better behaved. I am also going to adjust his diet. Honestly I don't think he gets enough calories and a llot of times he may be grouchy becuase he is hungry.....I get "Hangry" from time to time myself. So it will be interesting to see what happens in the next week or so.

We had an AMAZING day yesterday. I got him up early (he had a day off of school) & he had breakfast and started chores immediately after he brushed his teeth. I actually enjoyed the time he spent home yesterday. it was......refreshing.

Boy's tend to test boundaries, seeking to find how far independence goes. All thing's age appropriate, is for mother to decide. I think the Martial Art's is the way to go for a very active child for all the reasons Kittie stated. Summer school, is more of a punishment for the parent in my opinion.

Jackie's boy's did a funny test yesterday on us. I told them not to move my sprinkler, and not to get wet till they asked Jackie if it was OK. Of course they instantly had to get wet, and each grabbing a hose began spraying each other. and I sent each to a different part of the yard in a 'time-out'. Just as they sat down Jackie came outside, and they tried to run to her seeking to escape their earned punishment's.
I stopped them instantly, with just my voice, and sent them back into 'time-out', and Jackie supported it, by saying," you better listen to what your told to do..."
She didn't even ask why they were in time out.. That is how boys are taught. She know's this sort of discipline comes home to her too and make her life so much more peaceful. She has learned that she cannot enable her boy's to be babies forever. I'm also glad that she has seen my style of parenting and very much approve's of it. This means so much to me, and really is one of the most loving thing a woman can share with another. Her children have come a long way in the past 2 year's. Their Bio-Dad did nothing with them but make them fight, and play video game's for their early childhood and Jackie was being Miss Party Girl. It was a mess of a family, but Jackie finally woke up pregnant again and wanted a new life too. She let me into her life.
This has been an epic challenge to 'fix them' back into charming little boy's once again, and I do it for Jackie because I love her.
Isaiah 8 and Yuwanie 6 both actually say, I love you, to me. I must be doing something right with all that harsh discipline. I love them too and say so often.

My girlfriend's children just keep doing thing's that melt my heart. They finally understand how to play with me. Kindness win's privileges.
Without me even asking they cleaned up the damage caused by a very severe wind storm we had yesterday. I returned home in the morning to see the disaster, in the daylight, and growled. I went to bed totally ignoring the damage, so I could tackle the JOB without feeling tired. I woke up to find, Jackie made her boy's clean up my entire yard, that I allow the children to play in. OK, I still have a tree that fell down, to chop up, but I'm telling you right now, the boy's are going to LOVE THAT, when they get home from school tomorrow. I make Stupid chore's for them into fun adventure's. What boy can resist a HUGE bonfire? They will be the one's feeding the flame's.
The chainsaw in the 'Bam'-ulance' will be my Fun !!!!! Who doesn't like Chopping up tree's? Hahaha,
   ( My private rescue service, truck doesn't mind me giving the equipment a test.)

Even after being made to do my Chore's, the boy's sat with me and watched cartoon's and sipping Orange Cool Aid, as their reward.
They called me mother again today, and as I sent them to their real mother's home next door, they screamed, "I love You" from outside my front room bay window. It was so adorable...........

I am so blessed, by Jackie and her children. I really don't know what I did to deserve this, but to have this opportunity to teach small boy's what love should be, has been very rewarding. They now are just calling me MOM. not Step-mom, or friend. Just Mommy.
A 6 year old made me cry today. Happy, and prideful tear's. Even he cleaned up the toy's they were playing with, when I mentioned it was nearly time to go to bed for school in the morning. I didn't ask him too, he just did it all by himself because it has become MY routine for them. He didn't even think to get distracted today to avoid the very small chore of cleaning up after himself. This was like a 'potty training moment' to be honest, from a parent's perspective.

BTW, I have given the boy's all the toy's my son's used to play with, and that is like an entire "Toy's are Us, STORE", for them. Jackie has very few toy's, and mostly just video game's for them. I have a bit more 'stuff'  than is common in American parent's, but I've discovered that;
What good is toy's if you don't let people play with them. Playing with Micah, is much better than any video game. They run from Jackie's house the second they see my car pull into the road leading to my house and minute's behind to knock on my door to play.
They love the pure attention and education, I give them. Boy's need structure, to understand how to build relationship's with other people, in later adulthood.
Jackie's boy's run, to attend my school of life. Priceless !!!
    Even Jackie has noticed and is encouraging it, by asking her children to help me even though she had no obligation to do so.
I love her so much. She really is becoming a woman, at 32 year's old. It took a while for her, but she is really becoming an independent and capable woman now. Having her 3rd baby with a drug addict, has opened her eye's to what a DEAD end street, really look's like.

   Baby Tie-Tie, even is using my name, as her very first word's. OMG..... That little baby girl, is worthy of her OWN separate POST.
I've been talking to her, from the time she was still inside Jackie. Right up against her belly, I would sing to her. She is about to turn 2 year's old, and she has more personality now, than most American adult's. She is something special to watch, when she get excited about feeling grass between her toe's.
Pure innocence. I need to see that. Call her my anti-depressant drug. Tianne. I'm totally addicted to her.

I wanted to take a break from seriousness today, but ended up writing something that I should preserve in the Founder's thread.
I nearly forgot about this story of my life because it upset me, on several levels. Doing what is right is often punished. Why?
A very good question, so I give this story to you to judge......... Was this the correct thing to do? { written for the Never have I ever Thread.}

Never have I intentionally caused an airplane to fall 8000 feet per minute toward's the ground, just to scare a drunk passenger into wearing a seat belt.

[ The action was cheered, BTW it was fun for the seat-belted passenger's. Just a mild roller-coaster ride into Zero gravity, Really, no harm done, to anyone but the passenger who went airborne in ZERO G's and was helpless to continue his rampage. He bumped his head on the ceiling. People cheered watching him get knocked out. What's a few thousand feet of altitude loss for a few minute's, and a peaceful flight that landed safely?
The crew report's from the cabin crew, were awesome to read. I had them belted up, before I put the aircraft into zero G's.
They didn't understand my order's at first to return to their seat's and ignore the man, but followed order's from the captain anyway's.
There was no time for debate and they knew it........ The flight attendant's were the one's who called for a 'Mayday' situation.
    I got reprimanded for what I did to incapacitate a man bent on harming the entire aircraft.
Oh well. :/ I'd do it again to a terrorist.. This really should be considered a counter terrorism tactic, but....... Government's bank on EVIL There is money in it for them too...... I paid a fine to the American Government, to save the live's of my passenger's. Money well spent.

They saw the man who wanted to kill them.    I didn't see what happened behind me on the other-side of a locked door, but acted in their best interest's anyway's...]

NEVER WILL I FLY ON A COMMERCIAL AIRLINE. The threat level is too high and the American government in effect, allowed it to become critical with unrestricted refugee's.... 20 of them, all on the same flight can destroy an aircraft without weapon's. I personally know how it could be done, but.......
  I never would actually write about it..... This was a fight I had to just walk away from in the interest's of Politics.

Captain 'Sully' hit a flock of bird's and landed in a bay next to New York City, and was given a parade and a movie, which was totally Childish. Any pilot can land an aircraft without engine's in water. That was just text book professionalism. The movie was so fake and dramatized to the point that any real pilot was laughing at the fake drama.    We are trained to deal with BIRD's. It gave America a sense of security against bird's. Feel better now about Pigeon's?

How do you deal with terrorist's? No news story and I got Fined, and later quit out of pure disgust with the Obama government at the time.
    I was not willing to fly under the restriction's of protecting terrorist's in-flight.
No, I will not aid in the deaths of human being's. by government order's.

    The future for young people make's me cry.............

How is that for being REAL, can you do better?
How do you contribute to the live's of other people? Do you DARE.
Zero G is actually a very wonderful experience, when you have the tool's to control it. and make it WORK for you.
Gravity? Who the hell came up with that concept? It's the sudden stop, that end's life in both the X and Y axis.

I am a Christian Minister. Ordained and legally recognized in the USA, by an education in Theology. I was even given a serial number by the government. Minister's are dangerous to Government's, apparently.

It doesn't mean I use it as my 'Dogma' in Bimboland's.
It is difficult for me to be a player and a leader. 'Common sense' MUST be the rule in all secular matters.
Even God mention's in the Bible, that all good Christian's must obey the rule's of the land's they LIVE IN. Who am I to argue with that?

Mel's post's tease Christian sensibilities, but who are we if we begin to cast stone's at those with different value systems?
AGE OLD HATE, is Satan's work upon the children of GOD. The moment you begin to play to shut down 'anyone's opinion' is the moment your playing with an evil agenda. Hate be-get\s nothing but hate, and Christianity is no better than radical Islamic's. Christian's just don't use explosive's to kill the innocent. They kill the innocent by SHAME ALONE. No risk of Death, but a HUGE population of very guilty feeling human's. They hate themselves for being weak, and judgmental. Knowing, that with every judgment they are also judged.

God doesn't like Monk's who waste away in self-mummification to become Buddha. Who did they serve, committing suicide, by Chanting Dogma/mantra's to themselves while starving to death. In the name of Buddha, they commit suicide. No God asks this of his children.
Buddhist Monk's do it all the time... to save only themselves. A shame, but at least they avoided a dangerous human Life...............

Suicide by faith, is NOT a God-like feature in People. Satan seek's death, and he will use faithful people, if they are open to his powers to destroy them.
It so insidious, even an Atheist will claim they are totally the best People in the World, because anyone who believes in GOD, must be a Pagan.

That previous post ^ by me, was written after a VERY BAD day at work, and my Baby-girl Tieanne, dressed to the 'nine's' met me at my car today. I hardly had time to park it, when Jackie let the children loose on me. Talk about a Glorious Battle !!!! My angel ran to me. The non-lactating Mother.
That baby fills my soul, and she is absolutely gorgeous too. The person I admire the most in the WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD is 23 months old and doesn't even know how to say much more than my name......... She has only seen LOVE, from the day she was bourn.......
Right place at the right time........ God uses people willing to do Great-Work's.
My family needs me much more than Bimboland's.......
   I gave you all 2 year's of my life and as my reward, I was abused and hated for trying to teach and create a government for Bimboland's.

Good Luck........ If I'm re-elected you can expect nothing more than what I expect from a 2 year old girl.
