There is no point in trying to defend myself anymore. I've already told you guys I didn't cheat or hack, and my friends didn't cheat or hack either. I've only ever used built-in game features that are available to everyone. If you guys are too stupid to use the features the best way, that is not my problem and frankly, I don't give a shit about it. The game log should prove that I haven't cheated, and the game developers should be able to confirm that within minutes, if not seconds. Some of you claim that you have contacted the game developers and that they haven't responded, but why should I believe that? You refuse to believe me, so I'm simply not going to trust you either. That said I'm not all too worried. You will probably ban me regardless of whether I'm deemed guilty or innocent, as it is evident that you have already decided you don't like me or believe anything I say. Before this, I had already decided not to play anymore, so I don't care. I only came back because there was a court case against me, and I have to say it is rather entertaining watching you ministers of whatever run around like headless chickens trying to solve a mystery that doesn't exist.

I’m sorry to say that I don’t have any deeper insights to offer. But from the evidence provided, it sounds like the system was clearly being manipulated maliciously. I say guilty, and urge that this case file be used to amend current standing Ximboland laws. If the defendant is found guilty, we should absolutely draft relevant legislation within the senate in order to help clarify future rulings.

I don't think you know how game dev works. they'd need to first identify the incorrect information sent to XL's servers, verify it was incorrect, and trace the IP back to your account(s) lol. As stated above, Mariolka (the main dev we have direct contact with) does not have full access to XL's database.
What we do have, is numbers that aren't adding up, testimony from other users in high leaderboard positions, and your refusal to explain where the diamonds needed to get even half of your stats magically came from since neither you or any of your compatriots have made purchases on the game.

How does someone brand new to this game know what to do to level up so fast?
It took me 4 months just to figure out what artifacts were and what they could accomplish.
Still I was so afraid to use them I just ignored them completely til I had about 100.

I tend to not involve myself with these in the slightest, since I have to do the IRL equivalent of this in a sense, but something irks me about this all.
1) If there's no interest to keep playing XL, then why bother even writing up a response ? While I can understand asking if it's an IP ban or not but that doesn't require a public post, a simple DM is sufficient for that. Feels more like an attempt to draw attention to something else.
2) While on the topic of drawing attention away, bringing up how this is making someone else close to you feel has nothing to do with the trial at hand. I can get how it *could* cause stress, it just comes over as trying to gain petty points.
This post will most likely get me a few haters, but that's just my view on it, hacking or not aside.
