Hello Halo! I have a quick question for you. As you know, PBs in the past have held fashion contests and fun activities in addition to their PB responsibilities in order to give active players in-game rewards. If you win would you do the same? If so, do you have any contests/activities in mind? :)

Hi Audrey! Thank you for asking. During my ~ 2 months as State Minister, I have held 2 state-wide fashion contests:
I would continue to hold fashion contests + fun activities for everyone in Ximboland to participate in. I aim to hold more contests in which everyone can express their creativity whether that's through personal art or creating XL outfits. I think contests and activities that reward players with in-game currency are vital to the XL economy.
I had a lot of fun with State Wars and would love to bring that back but can't promise anything a) because I don't know if coders would have the time to put it together during my term and make all of the coding adjustments I suggested in my manifesto and b) I'm not sure if my SMs and FP would have the time to both create laws and engage in another time-consuming activity.
I would continue to do crazes for the holidays that come up during my term (ie Valentine's Day and St. Patrick's Day) and I have a few ideas for what rewards and discounts would be put up.

1) If you win, what will be the first thing on your 'to do' list to do?
(ex. hosting a contest, creating a craze, update the rules, pick your
staff, etc.)
2) How do you feel about election getting close? Are you exited, impatient, etc.?
3) Not sure if it was mentioned already (if yes just point me to that page), how are you going to handle PBFC? Stuff like theme picking and similar. Ie. are you going to stick the what have had already, adjust and change it a bit or just completely change it?

1) The first thing on my to-do list is to open communication with State Ministers through private message on the Ximboland site, I think it's important to establish open communication, especially through the site where we work. Sometimes Discord can be anxiety inducing for a multitude of reasons, the tea, the drama, the hacking that can occur, unfortunately. I think there's nothing wrong with a streamlined method of communication that aims to keep everything mature, professional, and drama-free. The second thing on my to-do list would be to open applications for Fashion Police.
2) I feel very excited to see the results of the election! I'm trying to turn every bit of anxiety I get about it into excitement instead. I think so far I've had the amazing opportunity to show how I handle myself, be open and more candid, and show off my capabilities (handling criticism, establishing boundaries, dealing with rumors.)
3) I'm going to keep PXFC the exact same! It's a system and tradition that everybody knows and loves. I will keep a thread open for people to suggest themes for, though I already have a few in mind that they can vote on.

Can't say it was PRing, more like a support to two candidates who were thrown in shadow but deserved better exposure and more support. Halo especially went through a lot since this thread was started, hope it won't repeat again. Some of us who followed campaigns are very aware what kind of game was at play. We have yet to see the results of it and what it really brings to the table.
