I, halobear8, am running for the position of Prime Ximbo in the Ximboterian Party (that’s ximbo + libertarian).

I am an individual with a very strong sense of justice. I am also investigative and college educated. As Prime Ximbo, I would be very much unbiased and impartial while serving the People, you have my word.

I have been working on laws and regulations I would enstate to ensure justice is carried out effectively and consistently (as has been frequently requested as of late.)

Additionally, I have strived to both learn quickly and assist others in their ximbo development.

Since I go by she/he/they pronouns, I would like to be referred to as Prime Ximbo or Prime Bimbo. I believe the Prime Himbo title should be reserved for an individual who identifies as a himbo.

I want to do everyone a favor and just clear up one misconception about our own people, "ximbo" is a term that includes those who identify as a bimbo or a himbo, or just plain ximbo! The term is designed to do more so you can do less.  

We are stronger when we are tolerant. We are stronger when we stand together than push each other apart.

Ximboterian beliefs:

—> Snort power powder, not toxicity and abuse. Hate speech? Not very cool! It’s not classy or mature. Come on, ximbos, we can do better! ⟡₊ ⊹

—> For fashion, Ximboterians believe that what a ximbo chooses to wear is their own decision. It’s a form of freedom of speech, one that should be valued. Maybe a ximbo with poor fashion taste is just roleplaying being a lesser skilled ximbo! (We’ve all seen profiles roleplaying worse.) Regardless, it just allows the more fashionable ximbos to rise to the top! ^__^ No exile by the lesser styled!

——> That being said, I would be willing to hear with my Pink House constituents on whether or not bad fashion will be criminalized. After all, every state is meaningful. The members of Pink House will also be encouraged to give their input on proposed laws and regulations I am looking to instate.

—> Those who have been exiled may deserve a second chance but to allow a free-for-all on those who have been banned undermines our government and devalues the safety of all ximbos who have remained loyal. They had their chance to behave and took it for granted. (Most likely even after being warned of the consequences if their behavior continued.) UNLESS it is a non-negotiable by Chris, I would be running in opposition of this policy.

♡ My Pink House will consist of myself as Prime Ximbo, our Minister of Justice, all 6 State Ministers, and Fashion Police. This will ensure a cabinet of fairness and diversity. My PH doesn't need to consist of all left leaning ximbos, nor all right leaning ximbos.

(Due to the recent retirement of all previously established Fashion Police, I will be looking for new ximbos interested in taking on the Fashion Police role.) Some of the main requirements would be that you have to be mature, reasonable, and unbiased. Additionally, this job requires a thick skin and the ability to remain unbothered when dealing with the petty trolls and indignant ximbos.

♡ It's easy to propose a shared treasury pay with your fellow members of government when you are already receiving the check for clicks and visits. Ideally, my cabinet members will be able to work as volunteers. No matter what they will be cherished and valued.

♡ State Minister status will remain only available to paying Senators. SM position should be reserved for the most loyal ximbos, after all. I value the exclusiveness of the SM status, especially ever since a previous SM walked away with no warning. Do you really want your state to become minister-less lest we vote in a ximbo with no real loyalty to the site?

♡ Senators will retain their well-respected status as most loyal of ximbos. However, if repeated targeted harassment occurs by Senators, I will not be biased when it comes to jail time. The most loyal of ximbos are loyal to other ximbos and the great republic of Ximboland.

♡Additionally, if a Senator engages in treason or threats of violence (including doxxing), I will not be biased when it comes time to debate their exile.

♡Definition of doxxing according to Ximboland will be discussed with my members of cabinet to arrive at a fair and reasonable policy.

✧ Non-negotiables as per Chris’ posts under his manifesto thread: ✧

—>All state ministers and senators (for 3 months prior) can stand for election.

—> Prime Ximbo terms will be shortened to 2 months each with a maximum of 6 terms.

—> When an individual has been assessed to be a threat to the general Ximbo public, then they will be issued a warning, if the behavior persists they will receive jail time

—>Tiers of warnings, example 1: You have been issued a Tier 1 warning for engaging in repetitive targeted harassment, any further engagement in this behavior will result in jail time of 3 days. This behavior is not permitted nor is it classy.  

—> Doxxing will be criminalized, not just shrugged off. Assumingely, when trolls do their thing on this site, it’s because they can’t figure out how to work 4chan or the dark web. If said trolls on this site are creepy enough to do digging to find out a person’s real name and social medias not directly advertised by that person on the site + then post them to this site, this is a direct violation of general safety and will be treated as such. It will carry the biggest jail time sentence available and come with a warning that if the behavior persists they will be exiled (IF Prime Ximbo has the ability to do so). Once again, this is a ximbo role-play site / Internet Republic, not the dark crevices of the Internet where doxxing and targeted harassment are condoned or deserved. If it is your absolute desire to troll, follow in the footsteps of our dear fellow bimbos Snooki and Trisha Paytas.

I will also encourage my Fashion Police to do better at moderating the forum and deescalating high conflict situations, rather than egg them on. Additionally, to not take drama on this site personally. I also dislike that some players' forum posts have been edited against their will or without their knowledge. I do not take kindly to this behavior and see it as a complete and total violation of the poster, not to mention a complete and total violation of the FP in question's power.  

❤︎ Speaking of the Forum, and well other placesDuring my time as Prime Ximbo, we will not have features created along the forum for kinky sexual roleplay to thrive, UNLESS Chris finds this to be a non-negotiable. Likewise, sexually explicit content/images will not have a space in our forums.

—> Block button actually works and doesn't require you to put in a reason for why they are blocked. The message is optional. Currently the block button does not block forum posts from a person that you have blocked and the required reasoning system frequently serves to hurt feelings.

—> For the sake of the Ximbo Economy I would like for either pets or homes to be built.

—> When Fashion Police absolutely must edit a forum post, there will be a note attached that says explicitly “This Forum post has been edited by fashion police for _(insert reason here)_.”

Halo, one of my main concerns with you being PB is your lack of activity. FTL is like a ghost town atm and you've held a total of one (1) state only contest in the two months you've been state minister. For comparison in that same time frame:

If I recall correctly, you mentioned in one of your vods that you didn't pay a lot of attention as a citizen (in regards to the SM role). The only other SM I don’t see as much as you is L, and that’s probably because she’s been incredibly active in the past as SM for Agnostica since August of 2022. She’s earned the right to clock out, but your career has just begun: where are you? (Note: posting in filler forums doesn't really count as activity, especially not for a State Minister)

Additionally, it worries me that in one of these said vods, you went through the threads to see what everyone would like to put in your manifesto and stole points from people's posts. It makes it seem like you’re going for what will get you elected instead of what you actually believe. On the note of your most recent vod, you mentioned making a friend/someone you know in real life part of your cabinet: this reeks of nepotism. It makes me worry that you will appoint people you personally trust and not those who are the best for the community.

Katrynah, I've been State Minister for one month and 12 days. This is also my very first term. I am planning an upcoming contest at the end of this month + there is an every state competition, the Ximboland Fashion Week Adventurer Expedition going on. My timing of competitions is not indicative of my capabilities of a leader. ALSO I gave out prizes and banners for my competition privately and publicly so IDK what you're talking about "with prizes and banners."
I'm a libertarian, not a communist. I do not like how you're downplaying the hours and days I spent writing this manifesto as plagiarism. I used my own words and brain to write it. The words that I spent hours thinking of and placing together do not belong to everyone. What you're saying is the equivalent of someone saying Biden can't advocate for women's rights because other people have advocated for women's rights before. Seeing and noticing what the people want and deciding if they align with my values is not theft, be real. 

I'm pretty sure you're trolling, but one or two hours I spent on stream is not indicative of the other waking hours of my day I spend on this website. I never ever once said that I don't pay attention as a citizen. How can you even say such a thing when I learned everything about this website and cared enough to spend hours writing, filming, and editing a guide for other players? What have you done to promote Ximboland and encourage people to join and help new players to guide this website efficiently? 

The person that I wanted in my cabinet brought me to Ximboland in the first place. Now, which way is it nepotism? If you want me to elect members to my cabinet whom I have never interacted with, then shit, that's not fucking possible! Or I would be electing low level citizens whom I have never spoken to. Your values and ideas are impractical. You're free to write what you want in your manifesto, but good luck meeting your own standards if you've read the democracy failures thread as well as Chris' manifesto thread. You're also free to THINK ABOUT whatever strangers you'd like to elect into your cabinet.

  How long you have been SM is a moot point when this is also Pollyx’s first time as SM and has been in the role for the exact same amount of time yet has done double of what you’ve managed to do. Every other SM managed to do all of this while also completing work on the Fashion Week. That multi state contest was an effort between ALL SMs, and I’m pointing out work that SMs have completed on their own to highlight your lack of effort. This shortcoming IS indicative of your capabilities because this is a dress up site, ultimately, and if you can’t be bothered to indulge that aspect of it, why would anyone elect you?

  I said nothing about communism and what I said is true. You recorded yourself going through the thread and taking people’s points to put in your manifesto. You did have points of your own as is evident by what you’d already written prior to the streams, but that doesn’t change the fact that you didn’t have those points you took written down. If you’re advocating, fine, but say that, don’t pretend you thought of these ideas on your own.

  The work you did with the guide was not while you were an SM, and I'm specifically stating that you've dropped the ball in your SM role. Promoting Ximboland and recruiting new bimbos is not equal to being active on the site and considering your video has only 181 views, I'm not sure it's being used or has the impact you claim.

  I did not suggest you not elect members you didn’t know, rather that you expressed you wanted to put a friend in the cabinet solely because you knew them.

This was an interesting manifesto to say the least, thank you for taking the time to write it up - I do have some questions for you to shed some light on if you would?

You claim to be leader of the "Ximboterian Party (that’s ximbo + libertarian)" and yet, you made these two completely opposing claims. First you state that everyone should be able to wear whatever they like, which is of course a very libertarian thing to do, but then you follow it up by saying you would entertain the idea of "bad fashion" being criminalized. This would suggest that it's a real possibility that your government would punish people based on the clothes they decide to wear which is a complete contradiction to your earlier point and also a complete contradiction to your supposedly libertarian politics (which is of course the idea that the citizens should have more freedom from government intervention). Not only that, but to criminalize "bad fashion" would be to punish people based on a completely arbitrary metric based entirely on your government's subjective opinion. This is NOT libertarianism, it's authoritarianism. Furthermore, the outfits ximbos choose to wear is made up of clothing pieces purchased from the shop, meaning those of us with little to no money are more likely to be 'gatekept' for want of a better phrase, from the more appealing fashion pieces. Ergo, the poor are more likely to have "bad fashion" and therefore are more likely to be deemed as criminals under your regime. That's just undemocratic and inherently classist really isn't it?

Fundamentally what you've stated here is "If you don't pay money to ximboland then you aren't truly loyal to the website and thus don't deserve the same freedoms as people that have paid money". Which is again, completely undemocratic, authoritarian and completely classist against those who may want to pay, but aren't able to. Not very libertarian of you. This kind of screams "I had to pay, so you should have to as well".

Again, this just encroaches on the freedoms of the people. This is an 18+ website for a reason, I don't personally have an issue with you implementing this rule as it's not something I care to partake in - however, the idea that it exists for people to express themselves at the moment and you will take it away, fundamentally is not libertarian.

I completely understand this point, you literally don't have the ability to pay your government workers, that's completely fair. However, for the sake of this discussion, you expect people to dedicate their lives to a job in exchange for nothing but thanks and praise and at the same time expect them to pay for SM just for the privilege of the opportunity all the while the money they pay would go to you as the PX. It was my understanding that equal pay for equal work was the basis of a well functioning society, but I guess we can sprinkle a little communism into your manifesto as well.

Katrynah, it seems you haven’t read my post and are also a troll based on the way you are spreading a false narrative about my streams +YouTube videos. I am hosting a fashion competition later this month. This complies with other State Minsiters having at least two/three competitions within the two month time frame. I suggest you read my politics for my candidacy as State Minster. I wouldn’t have been selected by LillyAnn to continue her legacy as State Minister if I wasn’t active or qualified to do so. Your feedback is being taken into consideration as I will be more active within my own state’s forums. Only problem is that whenever I am active in the forum, very few participate.   But we’ll see. In terms of you spreading a false narrative about my stream, what I have written before, during, and after my streams was written by me solely and has no instances of plagiarism, like your trolly self has and will continue to allege. The fact that I used the thread to write what I had down before hitting “go live” combined with your unknowingness of me having used people’s points in what I had written pre-stream makes it insanely obvious to everyone that I did not in fact plagiarize anything. Maybe you should run for Prime Ximbo and make the shops all “one item per player” to ensure nobody else on the website takes inspiration and makes something of their own from it.
