I am going crazy in Bimbolands. It's not a game?
It is very tiring being the Prime Bimbo. The past 2 weeks has been non-stop with administration even though I thought that it would slow up for me in that area for my second term. All my writing on the forum seems all in an official capacity, I've lost myself and silly stories in the process of making order out of chaos. Not like real life is any better.
It's actually more absurd than anything yet imagined.
I'm on leave from my retirement part-time entry level job, and working on a 2 month contract for the company. I have them totally over a barrel too, and can charge whatever I feel like, because of my experience 25 years of being a Chief Operations Officer for a competing firm. I didn't put that on my application, was hired at entry level, and love it. But it seems they found out about my experience from some of my former client's, and want to promote me to take over the corporate wide training program. I refused. because I want to just do busy work and continue to be semi-retired. An insane salary for 2 months was a sheer bribe, but not one I want once spring arrives.
I hate this corporate job. My time of service gives me a perspective as #3 COO trying to train young men and a few women, to do jobs their collages didn't prepare them to do. I've been working with the first batch, and honestly they seem like they are emotionally and organizationally like teenagers, and not collage students. I totally feel like I'm trying to teach someone from the beginning and this whole week, I felt like I've had to make each lesson more basic than the last. All the mistakes I see the students make are ones I saw 20 years ago and fixed and never saw again at my former post. Even I don't know where to start with these folks except with hands on experience so I'm just doing a lot of hand holding, and still far to much thinking for them. I make it sound simple because it is to me, but it isn't for people not mentally trained for a good situational awareness of multiple targets and speeds and traffic flow.

The absurd thing about the situation, is I am for the most part doing the Job of "back-seat driver". Corporate Style. With a very disgusting payday, and promises of lots of first class free travel, to do a job I used to love doing myself. Except, I trained "One on One" with an apprentice for about 3 years, before I would even graduate someone to move to a different location. Some things can't be taught via a video conference and that is the job offer they are making to me. I wont do it, because it can't be effectively done. This is one thing that must be done personally from the literal back seat, of one driver at a time. I'd need a hundred of 'me' to do what they eventually want and told them so. That's absurd, but the price of cutting back on employee retention and training during the recession that has lasted ten+ years has cost them everyone with more than 3 years of on the job experience.
No, I don't miss the corporate life at all. My firm was small in comparison to this current offer, made to a now twice retired forty-something ex-dancer with a weird hobby of having a regular professional job too. They are a little to late to appeal both my greed or my ego, and they got nothing I want but good office coffee with the receptionists, and an awesome benefit's package while working 3 day's a week. That is my desired life now and really love the simplicity of not having any major responsibilities anymore. What do I have to do to keep that?

It’s my Tranniversary! On the 15th February 2014 I came to terms with being Transgender and Pansexual; and instead of rejecting it and who I am like I had before, I embraced it. Though scared of what my family might think or how the world would treat me, I stayed strong and pushed through. On the 27th December 2015 I came out to my whole family and was accepted, something two years ago I never would have believed could happen. I am who I am. This is who I was meant to be.
