In a farming community even women dress like guys. When hanging out with those men, in their element, they stop seeing genders, and everyone becomes a gender neutral 'he'. " Do you want another beer, dude?" Most gentlemen catch themselves awkwardly, but it is mostly just ignored by the females as it is so common especially for women with short hair.
There is exceptions of course, because I don't like it so I use tricks to accentuate my femininity in rural settings with men. I thrive on being different in my cookie-cutter small town. Men react differently to fashion than women. If you dress like them you are one of them, at first glance. Where as women judge status in dress. Men are much more basic, and will adjust quickly to your life. I like dressing as the town slut, and the men adjusted well enough to that.
As basic as Female Gender=she=sexual possibility.
Male Gender=he=a fellow.
First impressions? They are important, and it sounds to me like everything is going well enough, for time to take over healing your family. While you live your life as you always felt was right.

While I never make any plans for New Years, a party still seemed to find it's way to me. Jackie came over with the baby. We were just relaxing with some wine all afternoon, playing with they baby and her boyfriend just suddenly ruined her evening. If you could have seen the look of horror on her face, as he said that she needed to go with him to help a cousin change a tire on a car. ( Stupidest excuse/lie ever. Tire shops are closed, duhaaah. The man isn't blessed with an imagination.)
AT 7:00 PM? with a baby, and her boyfriend has been drinking. Even Jackie knows he is scamming her into babysitting his mates children while he goes to the bar with them. She was settled in, and thought she would be spending the evening very comfortably with me and her boyfriend, as I was hosting the day for her.
She was in tears as she left me, begging to return when he boyfriend promised he would be done.
I don't expect her to return tonight, and I feel very sorry for her. Before she was conned by her boyfriend to be a babysitter while he goes to the pub, she saw what I had made for her for the New Year. Ok, I did it really just for me, but sharing everything I have with Jackie would be a dream come true for me and I always have to much anyways. So New beginnings, can often start from old friendships. So the rate her boyfriend is going, it wont be long till she begins to see that he is making her life miserable. She desires some peace, to raise her babies and isn't finding it. I can't find peace watching this and doing the right thing. Keeping my mouth shut.

Now that I'm actually missing her, I'm so looking forward to the morning. Story time, is always so pathetic when she tells love stories. It's like watching a train wreak in progress...... You just can help but to watch on in Horror.
An interesting start to a New Year, and I wasn't disappointed, like so many in the world, I expect nothing to change for anything but the worst. If the entire world dissolved into WAR, my wealth will increase exponentially. I always lose when betting on the favorites, so to spare the world I'm a 'Contrary'. I laugh at the absurd, Men, and the lies they can tell to have an Ale on a holiday without their girlfriend and mother of their child. He would have been kinder leaving her with me. She lets him own her still, in the 21st century. She could have said NO, but Couldn't. He was just Pissed Off because he was alone with two Bimbo's and a Baby having FUN. That wasn't going to work for him. He wanted to make her miserable, so he could play with his mates, instead.

I knew I would get an interesting story today. Not how I expected though. I got a text from Jackie last night after she left, she was safe so I wasn't worried or anything. She ended up babysitting for 6 children, so all the couples could enjoy the holiday without her. Shame on her boyfriend !!!!
So I see her for just a few minutes this morning. She asked to visit in a few hours. Who shows up? Her Boyfriend, with the baby, and he is Sober? He claimed she was napping, and wanted to visit me. (?) Why? I could only ask myself, because I'm not very nice to him for obvious reasons. A baby is a free ticket inside my doorway for anyone.

Something must have been said, because he was actually on his best behavior during his visit with me. Why he showed up unannounced like that was weird. Almost like he was trying to prove something to me. Sorry, one act of being a parent after being such an ass to a dear friend of mine will only go so far.
He better MAN-UP, or I'll do my best, next time.
I bet he never had to fear a woman before.......... taking away everything he neglects.
This is the type of man I actually do try to change, so I haven't kicked his ass quite yet. For Jackie's Sake, because she seems to love the total idiot...

I tell myself, to play nicely and that is an order. What is Love?

Understanding your friends, needs.
She wants a real father for her newborn daughter.
I can't fault that, but honestly I don't know how to help her with that goal.....
I grew up when men were not raised to be needy dependent, babies in adulthood.
Men actually used to provide for families, and love their mates.
It makes me question what 21st century LOVE will be for Jackie at age 24 with 3 babies and no husband.
She is the classic example of the common American woman who's entire family is dependent on the Government, with no end in sight. She has nothing, nor ever will have anything besides food, and shelter. No examples of men her whole entire life. Just a lot of Dicks.

I'm so glad I never needed men that badly. Taking the money was easy, when you could just dance for a few hours and walk away every night, exhausted and fall into bed without any demands. I much more prefer being in control of my own life. Sex, drugs or money was never my goal. I was even married at the time, and my husband would never have even dared to offer my services as a babysitter so he could go to a Pub without me. So of course I'm a bit Pissed Off, for personal feminist reasons too.
This might be why I reacted a bit coldly towards Jeremy today. I, for one brief second, looked at him as if he was my husband with our first child in his arms __________ and wanted to cry.
He reminded me of someone I respected.

A nice thought for the New Year.
Never end them in tears like a Hot Wet Mess when a man shows up on your doorstep bearing a beautiful baby for you to hold...

OK, I have been having the weirdest unplanned New Years holiday. I have been taming myself, so I just wanted to stay home, and still I get a party. Jackie's boy's came over had have never left. It is so funny how I used to always get so irritated listening to passed out men on my couches, but listening to the little boys snoring is somehow very soothing to me right now. The oldest stayed awake the whole night even after I went to bed. I found him still playing in my son's old playroom, at 8:30 in the morning. What's weird is I haven't heard from the mother for almost a day and a half, besides a very thankful text...
Worry? Starting too, but she is having relationship problems, and this might be the best place right now for the kids. They shouldn't have to hear the bickering.
I'm afraid I may be a bad influence on Jackie.
Oh, just as I'm writing this the shit has hit the fan. more later....................

Well just as I predicted, Jackie's boyfriend just self destructed. Sure enough they were fighting because he told her that he was going back to jail soon. He was on probation, but lied about doing his required visits with the court to remain free. The police are after him now. Jackie is feeling so lost right now, and doesn't know what she is going to do. So I asked her to move in with me. Interestingly, she said Yes, with a smile. While I didn't expect a New Year to begin with an instant family, this sure is an answer to my prayers. Once she gets a taste of my lifestyle, a Jail-bird boyfriend better become a lot better man, and a really smooth talker to win her back. If we sleep together, he will lose her forever. My mind goes crazy, because of the complications that would bring. It would be inevitable, because I see how she looks at me when I'm tanning or dancing. I seriously didn't set out to seduce her, but her life just crossed my path at just the right moment. To think that the first time I met her I was naked on a pole, might not be a story to share around the dinner table. 7 years later, and a lifetime apart, with only occasional mutual friends, and she is the one I pick to share everything I have with. In turn she has the children that will make me feel like a useful mother once again. I have already fallen in love with her, and we never even have had a single date.

My life can be such a drama. :(.
I'm not sure if I'm excited or sad, for a friend. What she really doesn't understand is that she is just one packed bag away from becoming a truly pampered princess. She has no idea how much her life is about to change by just being around me. I know this sounds so vain, but I'm just being realistic. She is about to make a major change in her social economic class. I fell in love with Jackie, because she only knows me as myself. I am actually a very simple person, in public. I can make a fool of myself anywhere, without the use of a single dollar. She joins me in the drunken 'Pub Play's' we made up on the spot. How can I even start to say Why I love her so much?
She plays very well with me and that is an acquired skill because I am a Bitch to work with. I adore her simpleness too because she likes me for me. My Husband was like that while he was alive too. He never tried to use my money to fancy himself, or to grow a massive EGO. Some of the best days can be had living a common and un-noticeable life. She just wants to be a good mother. So do I. It's a match made in Heaven, and I have the tools to make all her dreams come true.
I am the sort of woman that can take over the duties of two fathers, and do it with LOVE and even thank them for the privilege. I'm not angry with Jeremy. He didn't lie to me. All I know is he sure made one of the most beautiful babies I've ever seen, with my friend....... I will be honored to care for her, while he is away because he just had to play with his Mates. Where are your priorities, Man?

Oh the relationship drama, I thought I left behind a long time ago...
It is so funny to be desired, but morally wrong by everyone's standards. I asked my girlfriend to go shopping with me tomorrow. It sounds simple but it isn't.
Closing Shops for private engagements is rather expensive. All this just to dress her because I love her That woman, needs to feel attractive, because just me saying it is not enough. She has such a self-esteem problem that I see no reason for. She just had a baby, and is not feeling as sexy as she really is. It has been 5 months now and her body is totally back into it's beautiful form. In my eyes. She is having issues however. She has seen my body and has met my children, and cannot believe I had babies, because it didn't affect my body in the same way as her. I've told her about how my husband cared for me, but she just doesn't see it like that, and feels that she failed somehow to retain her 20'something pre-baby body. No matter what I say, she just feels ugly when naked with me because of her stretch marks. I can't think of any way to stop this feeling, because I just don't see her as flawed as she seems to see herself. I got lucky having a very good set of DNA, and an awesome father to my children who cared for me in ways few women will ever experience.
It was nothing that I intentionally did but still have to live with now.

I find her to be beautiful, and trying to convince her of that is being difficult. I wish I could turn back the clock for her, but having a baby when your young and small, is going to do permanent damage to the body. The past is the past, but she cry's when she sees me naked for some reasons at expected moments. Really it is not the sexual moments, but fashion moments. She looks just as good as me in clothes.
So why does she cry when she takes off her clothes?
I really wish she could see how I see her. I'm in love, and I'm perfectly fine with how beautiful she is. Convincing her of that fact is a lovers goal.

I love having sex with the lights ON.
Her eyes are my treasure and every moment we lock our eyes together in an embrace I can only see her and what she means to me..

I was thinking about today when I was at my job.
I was nice today.
Normally, I refuse to even talk to co-workers unless i have too.
There is a beauty to job you don't have to have. YOU CAN TELL IDIOTS TO JUST F*CK OFF.
Ehe I decided to be nice today. I dressed to the extreme to drink coffee and do paperwork. The women in the office were aghast the moment I walked in. I was wearing my PURE Attitude and the women noticed. It is not everyday that a common co-worker walks in wearing about 60,000 USD as work clothes. I was in a mood for a fashion statement with a double strand of natural pearls and gold, and 2 carets of diamonds. The women knew exactly what I was wearing and were in awe. All wanted to see it up close. I allowed the questions, and greetings, more of a way to get to know the people that I've never bother to know. Sound Bitchy huh..... Yes, I know.

Paperwork meant anyone was about to lose their jobs. Haha, I fired None, but it was time to shake up the place.
I was offered a promotion again after a total outburst of true bitchiness by my superiors, and I once again refused. What part of semi-retirement don't they understand? I'm sorry that I am the best performing dispatcher, and my coworkers couldn't find their way out of a paper cup. Don't promote me !!!

Just don't Piss me off, and the foolish little kids can play like big people. I don't care. While I know how to help this company, I have no interests to do so. I took the job because I was bored, and nothing else. So an old woman is better than all of the youthful employees. This is not my fault, nor a reason for me to be promoted. My boss looked at me like I was insane, as I laughed at him. I asked what is the benefit to me?

He had NOTHING with which to reply to me with that was even remotely interesting. A pay raise? LOLROF. They may be able to buy the stupid people right out of collage that way, but skilled labor just laughs at the idea of training the new hires that can't even manage getting to work on time. Collages seem to teach tardiness and excuses very well in the 21st century. Not much else , Unfortunately. 10 fired to every one that is retained in employment. I'm one of the last people able to train new hires, and I have yet to train one completely to do the job. America is a land of government welfare, that pays more than having a job even for collage graduates. Why Work? Why try? I don't have to care anymore what the general population does. America is a second world nation by all rational standards now. A failed educational system. A failed economic system. A failed moral structure. Even a failed sense of national pride, because of the very government that allowed such complete individual failure.

For just one second I thought about taking the promotion to change the world, then I reminded myself that it is totally pointless for me to climb the corporate ladder again. I'm retired, and want to keep it that way even though it would be nice to bring order to my workplace. I find it more amusing to watch the kids, make the same mistakes made decades before. The older you get, the more people seem to never change and still act like total needy babies, even when doing a paid job. The sense of American entitlement never fades, it just gets worse because everyone is too good for a job, because as long as they can delegate a job to someone else, that is considered a management function. New hires without even a single day on the job are given a title even. Suddenly they are in charge of people with years of experience. We ended up with managers, who don't even know what the company does, and just write useless memo's to justify their useless existence on the payroll. GURRRR. How can the men take orders from children, that have no real world application in the job duties but were given the job because of a worthless collage degree by a human resource department that also doesn't have a clue what the job requires because they have never had to do it.

They just got a MEMO, they might want to read, and follow up on in the 'Help wanted section of the Newspaper'. I'm sure an American collage education might allow them to make some French fry's at a burger Joint. IF THEY FAIL AT THAT THE GOVERNMENT WILL PAY THEM TO HAVE SEX AND DRINK TILL THEY ARE DEAD. Hey, who ever said that being an adult can't be fun when the government will pay you to be foolish.

I am so angry today. It sucks to always have to put things in perspective. I sometimes really just want to make things, when I feel frustrated.
I feel like Shit making cakes, for practice and throwing them away. Yes cooking, and baking is a hobby I enjoy, but it is impossible for me to eat the fruits of my labor.
If I ate them then I would be common. If I don't, I can be me.
