To confirm the people whom are eligible to stand for PB on Feb 1st are-
1) The existing PB
2) The existing State ministers - this is the route to becoming PB if you do not have the funds to buy a senatorship thus respecting our constitution that declares we believe in liberty with a social conscience.
3) All senators whom have been senators for at least 3 months prior to the date of election so you would need to have been a senator on nov 1st 2023 in order to run on Feb 1st 2024
The reason I prefer senators to have been senators for the last 3 months is that this means the senators are currently active and involved.
